NPC Master List

The following is a list of all the NPCs being used in Shinobi Legends. This serves as a guide for both Game Masters and Roleplayers alike when it comes to knowing which NPC they will be using/interacting with during roleplay.

Image Name Role Sidney Calvo Leader of the Steel Mill Union. His teeth are stained black, like all the men in his family. Arthur Armitage Leader of the Kamiyain Union. Hates Sidney. Two, Four, Six, & Eight Sibling shinobi who typically work together, save for the youngest, Eight, who is not a shinobi yet. Goro Tetsuha See here Shichirō Kamiyo See here Sato Akimichi See here Tomoko Ume See here Gikai no Ōsama King of Congress, the strongest salamander in the habitat. The name is a title that replaces the salamander's name when it achieves the role, usually by killing the previous holder of the name. Image Name Role Akane Female and current Secretary to the Tsuchikage. The latest rumor is that she controls the Red Light District of Iwagakure. Saki Female Jōnin and Head Gate Guard of Iwa. Stein Male Jōnin and member of the Gate Guard Corp of Iwa. Mū Known as the "Non-Person" (無人, Mujin). Formerly head of Iwagakure's Intelligence Division. Is now a Lieutenant of Red Ogres, considered to be the third highest ranking member of Iwa's reformed Anbu forces. Han A military captain of Red Ogres. Also teaches Taijutsu at the Iwagakure Academy. Rōshi Known as "Rōshi of the Lava Release" (熔遁の老紫, Yōton no Rōshi). Formerly taught Ninjutsu at the Iwagakure Academy. Is now running a Mining Co. Ōnoki Male. Runs the restaurant "Ossan's Eatery". Purportedly older than dirt itself. Aku Formerly of the Explosion Corps. Proficient in several areas, but is prominently known for her deadly combination of Dokuton and Bakuton. Hitsuyō Formerly of the Explosion Corps. Proficient in several areas, but is prominently known for her crafty combination of Chōjū Giga and Bakuton. The Admiral The Admiral is the second highest ranking member within the Red Ogres of Iwa and controls the village's naval fleet. He's a master of kenjutsu and taijutsu. He is also neither human or animal, but rather a spiritual presence known as a Yokai. Watakoshimaru Most likely a former summon, Watakoshimaru runs the Avian Messenger Fleet of Iwagakure. While incapable of human speech, he appears to understand it perfectly well, and is thus perfect for training new carrier birds. His blank, lifeless stare tends to unnerve people. Awa Hōzuki Kaede's cat; often stays at her store but can be seen roaming around Kirigakure looking for sweets. Amatsubu Also known as "Amatsubu of the Iron" (鐵の雨粒, Tetsu no Amatsubu). He teaches Taijutsu at Kirigakure Academy. Rikkyō Member of Kiri's ANBU. He teaches Ninjutsu at Kirigakure Academy. Sango Only female teacher at Kirigakure Academy. Heads up disaster response initiatives in the village.  Aton Head of the Masked Guards in Kumogakure no Sato; calm and calculated.   Goite Gate Guard of Kumogakure no Sato; oldest in the position.  C One of the members of the Raikon Buntai; mainly serving as one of the Raikage's support.  Riko One of the members of the Masked Guard; Youngest member to be inducted into the organization.  Aoi Current Head Researcher in the R&D Headquarters of Kumogakure.   Yotsuki Shijo Owner of the Yotsuki's Sake House. Slizard Member of the Otogakure Police Force; pessimistic, sadistic and smokes a lot. Bohr Member of the Otogakure Police Force; also the oldest member. Bethe Member of the Otogakure Police Force; self-proclaimed weapons expert. Rossi Member of the Otogakure Police Force; skilled tinkerer and violinist. Ulam Member of the Otogakure Police Force; tallest member of the Police Force. Bacher Member of the Otogakure Police Force; quiet man who gets along well with Pluton. Franck Member of the Otogakure Police Force; a poisonous warden who is head of interrogations, loves coffee. Carrel Head of Medicine and Surgery; a surgeon who makes the impossible possible. With her extra arms, she can operate at blinding speeds. Mister and Misses Firriato An old couple who are the producers of Otogakure's most famous wine. Their secret to producing their wine stays within the family Molina Blaze Secretary for the Otokage. She has terrible customer service skills and hates when people think she's an Uzumaki. Nowe Originally a street urchin whole stole for a living, she's now an apprentice to the master enchanter, Gale, at The Luminous Shard. Though she may have a prosthetic right leg and arm, she works diligently for her master. Rōjin Seemingly just an old man in good favor with the current powers that be in Otogakure. Rumor has it he crafts fine musical instruments. Katsu Owner of The Luminous Shard. He is extremely meticulous and borderline eccentric with how clean and spotless his place of business is. He also strives to maintain a crystalized theme throughout the inn/bar. Kyū A hive mind defense created using the DNA of Shi The First and it is considered to be the first synthetic symbiote ever created. Its identity is commonly mistaken for that of the offspring manipulated in its hive mind throughout the village; a plethora of well-disguised citizens in areas of Oto high and low. Shinyō Mi An offspring of Kyū in its natural form but these little creatures are never seen in this state thanks to a special gijin ninpō that allows them to blend in as normal humans. Joshi Osa Proprietress of Osa's Underground Sake House in the Main Bazaar; A woman of mystery with nefarious ties. Una Bartender of Osa's Underground Sake House in the Main Bazaar; blessed with a saucy personality. Marzipan Chef of Osa's Underground Sake House in the Main Bazaar; hides his past and abilities in the kitchen. Mother Hepzibah Food vendor in the Main Bazaar; feeds the village orphans.
